"In December 2013 I was passing through Dodge City on a driving trip across our country. I stayed in Dodge City for only one night and on that evening I was involved in a minor fender bender accident. I drive a Jeep Wrangler and my front fender was very loose to the point that it needed some fixing before I could carry on driving. So the next morning I went to the local Jeep Dealership and they highly recommended Bailey Auto Body, so I was there waiting when they opened. The first person to talk with me was Bob Bailey who is the owner of the shop. Within five minutes Bob had the car in his shop and within one hour they had completed a real nice repair. "ON SEPT 4 2014 WE WERE LEFT STRANDED ON HWY 156 NEAR JETMORE, KS IN OUR MOTOR HOME. THIS WAS ABOUT 11 A.M. AFTER SEVERAL CALLS TO OUR INSURANCE, WE ATTEPTED TO FIX IT OURSELVES TO NO AVAIL. IT WAS ABOUT 113 DEGREES ON THE PAVEMENT AND WE WERE STILL THERE AT 4 P.M. WE ARE AN ELDERLY COUPLE AND MY HUSBAND IS SOMEWHAT DISABLED. AFTER OUR INSURANCE COMPANY TELLING US THEY CAN NOT FIND HELP, A CALL COMES AT 4:30 P.M. FROM TOM SAYING “I HEAR YOU NEED HELP, I AM ABOUT 15 TO 20 MINUTES AWAY”. OUR ANGEL- HE HOOKED US UP AND TOWED US EVEN AFTER OUR INSURANCE COMPANY GAVE HIM GRIEF. HE SIMPLEY SAID “I AM GOING TO HELP THESE PEOPLE.” THAT IS A WONDERFUL TESTAMENT TO KANSAS AND IT’S PEOPLE.
